Other rental conditions
a. included in the rental tariff are:
- use of bed linen and towels
- end cleaning
- use of private garage
b. the rent is payable as follows:
– 25 % within 7 days from the date parties have agreed upon the rental period/rental tariff
– the remainder no later than 6 weeks before the agreed upon date of arrival
The rental agreement does not become final before the 25 % of the rental tariff (or, in the event that the property is booked within the 6 weeks before the agreed upon date of arrival, the full rental tariff has been received).

c. security deposit : € 250, payable to the bank account mentioned above, together with the second (75%) installment of the rent. Provided that the property and its furnishings and fittings are left behind in good shape at the time of departure, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days from the date of departure by a transfer to a bank account to be designated by the tenant.
d. unless explicity agreed otherwise and as such laid down in writing the property:
– will be available on the date of arrival as of 16.30 hours and
– must be vacated on the day of departure no later than 10.00 hours.
e. no pets are allowed, smoking is restricted to outside terrace areas
