Casa las Vistas is situated in El Castillo de la Heredia, the last phase of the part of the La Heredia urbanisation that has been constructed by the La Perla Group of companies. The property consists of a spacious, luxury duplex (penthouse) apartment offering the best of views out across La Heredia village, Los Arqueros golf course, the Mediterranean and North Africa/Gibraltar. The penthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor and is accessed via a secure entry door leading to a lift to the 3rd floor. The apartment has marble flooring, with underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.

You enter the property through an Andalusian style door into a spacious lobby with a fully equipped bathroom. On the entry level you will also find the kitchen, a utility room, and an exceptionally large lounge/dining room. The (folding) doors from both the kitchen and the dining/living area open onto a large terrace, with lounge and outdoor dining seating (for 6), a high end gas BBQ and electrically operated sunshades (toldos). On the 4th floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms. Persons occupying the middle bedroom can/must use the bathroom on the entry level. Each of the bedrooms has -ample sized- fitted wardrobes. Also on this level the apartment provides for two more terraces, one wrapping around the penthouse and accessible from both the middle and the master bedroom and one solely accessible form the third bedroom.
